The nCloud™ Support Site
The nCloud™ support site is a website and server dedicated to nHance Technologies customers. The site contains issue tracking, project management, news releases, a wiki server, and other collaboration features. The “Cloud” aspect stems from the fact that our support site allows users to maintain complete backup copies of MMS installations, and, if desired, user projects. When a user uploads a project to nCloud™, it is automatically available to all team members as well as the nHance Technologies simulation engineers. This allows us to support our customers by replicating and duplicating their issues, resolving problems, and posting solutions that are instantaneously shared amongst the entire team. This is just one of the ways we offer unparalleled user support.
