The MMS Classroom Pak is designed for use in a classroom environment by universities and includes MMS for Windows with the Graphical Model Builder and simulation language. The Classroom Pak comes with one permanent license for the instructor and five one-year licenses for students (or a network license allowing five simultaneous users). These are fully functional versions of the commercial software. The software contains sample MMS projects, including a full-scope training simulator process model for a 750MWe fossil boiler with graphical model builder files and data; these files can act as a template for MMS users who may have similar simulation interests.
The Classroom Pak fee is $10,000. The five student licenses are renewable for $1,000 per year. If you are interested in developing a training simulator, the entire set of Simulation Tools set is $10,000 (licensed perpetually for the instructor, and automatically for the students on each renewal).
